Craft
A bag takes about four days. No part of it is in a hurry.

Selecting the hide
Every hide is sorted by hand — stretch marks, grain and thickness checked one by one.

Cutting
Cut to the hide, not to a template. No two bags of the same model are ever identical.

Stitching
Critical seams are hand-sewn — saddle stitch, two needles. It doesn't unravel; if it gives, it gives at one point only.

Edge & burnish
Edges are sanded, burnished, sanded again. Six passes in total.
